Cornerstone Clothing & Shower Facility
At the Cornerstone Clothing Closet and Shower Facility, we are committed to serving the homeless community with dignity and compassion. We understand the importance of basic needs like clean clothes and a place to shower, which is why we provide a welcoming environment where individuals can access these essentials. Our facility not only offers clean clothes and shower facilities but also a caring atmosphere where individuals can feel supported and valued. By meeting these basic needs, we strive to empower individuals on their journey toward stability and self-sufficiency.
Southpoint Community Market
At Southpoint Community Market, we're dedicated to addressing the challenge of "food deserts" in Dallas. Our mission is to provide essential groceries to underserved areas where access to supermarkets is limited, and transportation barriers make it difficult for families to obtain affordable, nutritious food. Located in one of the notorious "food deserts", we stock a variety of basic foods at reasonable prices, ensuring that families have access to the essentials they need to thrive. Together, we're making healthy, affordable food accessible to all members of our community.
CCDC Real Estate Development
The Real Estate Development team at Cornerstone Community Development Corporation (CCDC) is dedicated to the acquisition, stabilization, and development of real estate properties within the target area of South Dallas. With a portfolio of 50 parcels of real estate, we are actively engaged in seven development projects aimed at creating affordable multi-family housing, mixed-use spaces, townhomes, and commercial developments. Our mission is to revitalize the community by providing quality, affordable housing options and fostering economic growth through strategic real estate initiatives. Through our work, we aim to uplift neighborhoods and enhance the overall quality of life for residents in South Dallas.

of Texas
Shalom Builders of Texas is focused on the tremendous home repair needs of Senior Citizens in Dallas. As funding and volunteers are available, SBOT seeks to address the home repair needs of the uninsured, underinsured, disabled, and elderly families. Volunteers and financial support are ongoing. SBOT welcomes your support.

Cornerstone Laundromat is more than just a place to do laundry – it's a safe and welcoming community hub. Our coinless kiosk system offers affordable laundry care in a clean environment. While waiting for their laundry, community members can enjoy access to computers, games, and television, creating a comfortable and engaging atmosphere for all. We're committed to providing a convenient and enjoyable laundry experience while fostering connections within our community.

Community Kitchen
At Cornerstone Community Kitchen, we believe in the power of a hot meal to provide comfort and nourishment to our neighbors in need. Our kitchen opens its doors five days a week, offering nutritious meals to those experiencing homelessness and anyone facing food insecurity. Staffed by dedicated volunteers and church members, we serve not only food but also compassion and support to all who walk through our doors.
Cornerstone Medical & Dental Clinic
The medical and dental clinic provide free services to members of the community who face health challenges or need routine health care.
The White House / Community Event Center
A historically significant building in the neighborhood, the White House has been renovated for use as a community center. It also provides housing for volunteer groups who come to serve the community.

Cloud Kitchen
The South Dallas Cloud Kitchen is an incubator where small South Dallas businesses without a storefront can have access to a professional kitchen and provide fresh and healthy food options. This facility allows Cornerstone to work with entrepreneurs to expand their business models by providing food items prepared in a certified kitchen space. It also provides job opportunities, cooking classes for local residents, and Community Market Days several times during the year.

Enrichment Program
The Cornerstone Afterschool Program provides an educational and enrichment program to help low achievers and disadvantaged students fulfill their academic potential and to play a part in efforts to reduce educational gaps. Our enrichment program provides activities that increase participants’ interest in a variety of programs, seeks to improve their self-confidence, and helps develop new skills and abilities. Monday – Thursday 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Our Story
The Cornerstone Community Development Corporation, Inc. (CCDC) is a 501 (c)(3) organization which was established in 1996. The mission of the CCDC is to improve the quality of life of the residents in the South Dallas/Fair Park community by providing programs and services to assist them in breaking out of the cycle of poverty to be empowered to become contributing members of their community. The CCDC is associated with the Cornerstone Baptist Church which has a 60-year presence and outreach to the South Dallas/Fair Park Community. The CCDC has become a model of holistic community development practices in the following areas: providing social services, promoting health and wellness, prioritizing education, providing affordable housing, acquisition of real estate and Opportunity for upcoming entrepreneurs in the community through the Cornerstone Center for Economic Opportunity. A master plan has been developed for the acquired real estate as well as a strategic development plan to revitalize and develop the South Dallas community.

Collaborative Partnerships
A “Maternity House,” that provides temporary housing and support services to expectant teenage mothers aged 18-21 in the Dallas area.
Viola’s House utilizes a holistic approach in order to help teen expectant mothers make enduring, positive changes in their lives.
The Cornerstone Center for Economic Opportunity helps start and grow small businesses that serve unmet needs in the South Dallas community, as well as provide opportunities for entrepreneurship and employment.
Trinity Restoration Ministries is a prison mentoring and aftercare ministry. The dual emphasis involves meeting with and mentoring inmates prior to their release from prison, counseling them, and working to help them make connections with churches and other ministries on the outside. TRM ministers not only to inmates, but also to their children and families.
The King’s Academy partners with families to provide children with an exemplary Kingdom education by investing in the whole child; spiritually, academically, and emotionally. The King’s Academy believes that children were created in God’s image and therefore have great value and purpose. TKA teachers create and maintain a learning environment where students are treated with dignity, respect, and love. Every child is unique with his or her individual rate of physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual development.
Hope Farm is a long-term leadership development program that guides at-risk boys, without the benefit of a positive male role model in their homes, from the time they are 5-7 years old until high school graduation and beyond.
Bike Friendly South DallasTM is a 501(c)(3) organization with the goal of helping the community learn about, earn, repair, and become familiar with bicycles and safe cycling. We advocate for cycling as a viable method of transportation, cycling safety, and awareness in the south Dallas community and beyond. We believe bicycles are beautiful and our mission is to get more butts on bikes!
Cornerstone Crossroads Academy is a second-chance high school helping students ages 17-25 earn a diploma, discover their purpose, and find pathways to success through rigorous academics, holistic case management and supportive vocational training.
The Well is an extension of the Trinity Restoration Ministries prison mentoring and aftercare ministry for women.
